Job description, responsibilities and duties

The salary in the job add is a minimal guaranteed base salary and can be higher - depending on the skills, level, education, professional experience, technological know-how.

The successful candidate will support strategic Marketing team and internal Marketing agency in the use of an automated Marketing Tool (Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation) and its interface to the CRM and Website systems. He/She will be responsible for the run of the platform and the development of new functionalities in cooperation with external partners.

Main Tasks:

Answers support and service request of the users (2nd Level) using the Kistler Ticketing System
Converts business requirements into change requests
Tests new functionalities in cooperation with the surrounding systems
Documents existing and new functionalities (typically in the Kistler Confluence Wiki)
Supports marketing team on a technical level
Handles the identity and access management
Coordinates and manages the external partner

Experience with support and testing tasks are desired
Experienced with Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
Fluent in English / German is an advantage
Ready to do occasionally On-Call service
