Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Directly manages group of 4-6 employees
• Manages different aspects of Human Resources
  • responsible for administration related to employment & termination process, personnel
planning and keeping of employees number, handling personal data according to
Personal Data Protection Art , regular reporting of HR KPI-s, cooperation with personal
agencies and labor offices
  • manages employer branding marketing activities - participation at Job Fairs, manages
university students scholarship program, cooperates on dual education and secondary
school students practice /scholarship
  • manages process of job positions classification, manages performance & competency
evaluation, 360°feedback, disciplinary committee, benchmarks other companies in the
area of employment positions
  • is partner for all leaders and HPI - Talents & Succession planning,
Assessment/Development Centres, manages promotions, appointments & awards
  • responsibility for employees´ development, implements new modern training
methods, organization of offline & online trainings, is internal lecturer

Information about the selection process

At least 8-10 years of experience in HR
At least 2 years of managerial experience

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)
