Warranty and CRM Specialist

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our dynamic team. Warranty and CRM Specialist as a part of After Sales Department will be responsible for wide variety of topics including warranty, homologation and customer relationship. By providing professional services to KIA’s partners and customers, the right candidate will contribute to overall achievements of KIA’s targets.

Warranty:
- Responsibility for the processing of network requests for reimbursement of warranty repairs and agenda associated with it
- Protocol processing in the warranty system
- Assessment of preliminary requests for repairs
- Analyses of warranty claims
- Invoicing warranty repairs for manufacturer of KIA
- Invoice check for warranty repairs from the service network
- Participation on technical trainings

Customer Relationship:
- Responsible for answering and coordinating all answers and requests, information and complaints of customers
- Responsible for complaints and requests about information towards customers, including requests which are distributed directly towards manufacturer
- Consults customer complaints and requests with importer’s legal representative
- Reporting of incoming complaints from customers through „customer center“

Homologation:
- Responsible for homologation of new KIA cars, preparing source data for homologation of individually imported cars and ensures the homologation of branded accessories
- On the basis of a model line defined for Slovakia, to prepare source data for official homologation of new cars imported by KIA
- Updates the list of homologation cars
- Accepts and responds to requests for identification of imported KIA cars
- Issues confirmation about the correctness of alternative issuing of a car
- Based on a customer and Civil service request checks identification signs of a car
- Based on a customer request checks data in central car database

- Responsible for monitoring environmental legislation
- Coordinating of the ordering and the return of the canceled technical licenses
