Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Being a strong partner for recruitment activities of hiring managers
- Support the hiring manager in defining the need and specifying the vacancy
- Identify, attract applicants passively or actively reach out to prospective employees (potential candidates) individually (through networking social media sites such as LinkedIn, school programs, Euraxess etc.)
- Maintain the database of volunteers and potential employees (permanent or temporary positions, project-based jobs)
- Maintain the connections and an active touch with potential employees
- Screen the candidate for job requirements and qualifications, ensure a good fit with company culture
- Arrange and participate in interviews between candidate and hiring manager
- Participate in setting the search strategy, identify target platforms for networking with our target group
- Participate in employer branding activities

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office 365 - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

Experience in recruitment of IT positions is an advantage
Be conversant on technical matters (such as IT software, HW, AI and machine learning) is an advantage
Fluent in written and spoken Slovak and English, German is nice to have
Structured
Strong communication skills

Experience with working with LinkedIn and other social media
