In Banská Bystrica, we are expanding the team responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive worldwide database of companies operating in the field of online gambling. Our product is an international comparison website operating successfully in several countries and with ambitions to expand to other markets. This position is also suitable for graduates.
Job description in particular:
- active use of foreign languages
- checking, studying and evaluating the business Terms & Conditions of companies operating in our area of activity
- calculation of the reputation assessment according to the established methodology
- entering data into our CMS system
- searching and evaluating external complaints against companies operating in our area of expertise
- assessment and moderation of internal complaints
