Consultant

Role Purpose
The Consultant is responsible for managing client projects within the Industrial & Logistics Agency as well as for active business development across Slovak republic. This role also includes assisting in the expansion of Industrial agency portfolio and services, marketing, research and relationship management with clients.

What this job includes
• Advise clients and act as a point of contact in running projects (developer, landlord and/or tenant representation) within the Industrial Agency; negotiate, coordinate and manage project at each stage; several projects simultaneously
• Develop a profound understanding of industrial real-estate and logistics market to provide tailor-made solutions to client needs and help them expand their businesses
• Business development - Use business winning capability and networking in business acquisition process to turn leads into deals
• Actively cooperate in preparation of case studies, marketing materials, database updates and involvement in the strategic growth of the department
• Excellent key client’s management, both local and international
• Cooperation and sharing of ideas within the wider Industrial Agency teams across JLL CEE/EMEA network
• Support other JLL business lines by sharing information and ideas
• Business travel within the scope of the role required
