Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your New Job
When you join the Jonckers team, you will be part of the international team responsible for management and implementation of Jonckers award winning translation platform, WordsOnline. You will closely work with other team members across the globe, and as such teamwork is essential to success in this role.
Your main daily activity will be to support the technical onboarding process and ongoing maintenance for WordsOnline accounts.
You will liaise with project stakeholders to establish requirements, manage each stage of the onboarding process, and support production team members with technical knowledge and training, where required.
Knowledge of localization processes and CAT systems is essential to the job, while knowledge of WordsOnline system is something you will learn from first days in Jonckers.
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with production teams to establish onboarding requirements
• Track and manage onboarding requests, providing regular updates to all relevant parties
• Provide training and support for production teams
• Document file preparation processes
• Where necessary, assist with system testing
• Provide support to production teams for TM and glossary maintenance
• Where needed, provides ad-hoc front-end technical support
