What is Finance Leadership Trainee Program?
Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is full time 2 years program through which you will go on 2 rotations in different finance functions. But not only finance functions will be different - it will be in 2 different countries in Europe (UK, Belgium, Switzerland or Czech Republic) for 2 different segments of Johnson & Johnson business.
If you graduated in 2016 or you will graduate in 2017 from finance, accounting or economics you are the person we are looking for! The start date of the program is between 1st April 2017 and 1st July 2017 up to your personal preference.
Do you want to hear more information about the trainee program?
- FLDP provides a training curriculum and work experience with exposure to different Johnson & Johnson business environments - you will learn a lot about finance in big international corporate company as well as about yourself. Special focus is put on developing the knowledge and skills needed to be an effective leader.
- Participants must complete all components of the program (educational, working as well as coaching part) - if they do so, they will be promoted to senior financial analysts or team lead roles at the end of the program. Those final roles will be based in Prague.
What about training and coaching?
- Participants of the program have at the beginning 6 weeks of classroom and e-learning activities. Curriculum focuses on core leadership and business competencies, technical skills, process excellence, value creation, and economics of the health care industry.
- Every participant will get a personal mentor who will coach him/her within the program. Supervisors will also provide on-the-job coaching and performance feedback.
