Supply Chain Finance Regional Implementation Lead

What will you do
The SCF Regional Implementation Lead is a role that includes cross functional work with procurement, accounts payable, vendor master and treasury teams. This role is responsible for identifying the strategy and opportunity for the program within the region and creating implementation plans to drive adoption. This role will work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to insure the priorities and needs of the business are met. As a member of this team, you will serve as part of the center of excellence for Global Procurement.

How you will do it

  • Lead the implementation of the Supply Chain Finance program for the EMEA Region
  • Work closely with the external provider to communicate information and coordinate activities throughout all functional groups
  • Develop and implement standardized processes, policies and procedures
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve inquiries, address issues and support training
  • Maintain external documentation for suppliers
  • Work across departments to align on business needs and to develop strategy for program adoption with supplier base
  • Deliver on yearly cash targets
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable team on supplier activation activities required to support the program, including documentation of process and work instructions
  • Support internal training efforts with Procurement and other functional teams to drive understanding and adoption of program
  • Develop and iterate goals, metrics and reporting to monitor the program
  • Work with IT partners to design and implement executive-level dashboards and reports
  • Work with key stakeholders to drive process improvement activities and ensure processes are documented in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / work instructions
  • Create and execute action plans; monitor and report on progress against these plans
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned

What we look for
Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Data Science or related field.
  • 3-5 years procurement or other applicable experience
  • Demonstrated previous success negotiating with suppliers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize activities and manage multiple projects at one time
  • Experience using data to successfully influence cross-functional teams and businesses to implement global strategies and solutions
  • Excellent communications, planning and organization skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Professional maturity and a sense of urgency and accountability
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a matrix environment to consistently meet deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office


Preferred:

  • Experience and knowledge of Corporate Finance

Salary compensation starting from 1800 EUR/month gross (plus a monthly bonus) based on relevant experience.
