Plant HR Manager

·         Ensure the needs of the Plant Workforce and Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Change Management, Employee Engagement & Diversity.

·         Fulfill the role of Communication Champion for all Automotive Group Europe communications on a plant basis and support Plant with all PR activities required

·         Ensure results of Key Performance Indicators in Plant

·         Monitor turnover of employees for causes of turnover and recommend programs and policies to help minimize turnover and training costs. Provide Regional HR Management with reports on such HR measurable and be involved in plant business planning

·         Create Hiring plans and staffing models, monitoring of compliance and performance.

·         Responsibility of HR budget, organizational structure and organizational regulations

·         Management of work council

·         Create action plans and monitoring their implementation, formulation of strategic objectives in the Plant ( Training & Development, Recruitment, Renumination)

·         Prepare presentations and reports for Plant

·         Management Employee Survey, development and promotion of various occupational activity

·         Ensuring compliance with HR requirements of internal customers - plant management, manager

·         Support programs HSE&E

·         Management of HR team

·           Master Degree or equivalent of education and experience. HR qualification

·           Minimum 5 years management HR experience (preferred manufacturing related /technically oriented) preferably in the automotive industry

·           Minimum 2 years experiences leading a team

·           Good knowledge of reward management, training and development and payroll systems

·           Experience within a multinational, matrix global organisation and/or ability and desire to work in this environment

·           Proven coaching experience, certifications / qualification in coaching & facilitation skills and/or broader talent development area will be an advantage

·           Comfortable & knowledgeable in managing employee/labour relations.

·           Good knowledge of Slovak labor law and adequate payroll management experience.

·           Fluent in English and Slovak

·           Microsoft Office & HRIS system knowledge, PeopleSoft/Workday/Taleo will be an advantage

·           Passionate to win, customer focused, team player, decisive

·           Ability to work to a high level of complexity within an ever changing business environment

·           Results driven and pragmatic mentality, able to continually challenge and improve performance.

·           Strong analytical and problem solving skills, structured approach to data collection and analysis
