We have an opening for full-time Operator (operations coordinator) for our European River cruise and escorted land tours programs in Central Europe. This is a homeworker position with a Slovak contract. The candidate must be located in, or near Bratislava.
As an Operator, you will prepare pre-trip documentation for our Tour Managers, book & reconfirm services, and process post-trip documentation. You will be available for our Tour Managers during their tour to assist them with logistical questions and support them, and our headquarters in Philadelphia with customer service requests and questions.

- Highly organized, independent and fast.
- Problem solving skills
- Enjoys working with people.
- Working proficiency with computer.
- Willingness to cover rotation of out of office hours emergency response
- Flexibility and ability to manage your own timeline/workload to meet and beat deadlines.
