Software Analyst / Solution Architect

Our target is to restructure our paid services, expand to new markets and become a go-to website for brands and agencies looking for models and industry professionals.

Responsibilities

- Analyse, define and plan long term software/development solutions
- Develop and analyse detailed functional specifications (API specifications, sequence diagrams, object models, YAML configs) as an assignment for developers to build and implement technology solutions
- Assisting developers during development with questions and issues
- Collecting and discussing business requirements
- Manage the relationship towards internal and external players to produce effective solutions
- Execute tasks assigned by the project management, timely and with the required quality
- Look out for ways to improve the product, services, processes, and best practices
- Define and plan long term architecture and upgrade strategies for all internal applications in the environment.
- Provide technical project management and governance
- Select technical resources from various vendors to integrate the implementation teams as data engineers, data scientists, and full-stack developers, as deemed required

Requirements:

- Minimum bachelors degree in Economics, IT or Math
- Experience in IT Analysis or Business Analysis (business or decisional)
- Excellent negotiation and verbal / written communication skills
- Experience in IT project management, familiarity with applied methodology
- Experience with the cloud-based services from major cloud providers, including but not limited to Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
- Professional in analytical thinking and customer orientation
- Fluent in English
