M&E site, Technické zabezpečenie budov

We are looking for candidates:
3+ years experiences - industrial or infrastructural projects

Work content:
- Daily comunication in English.
- Assist the onsite construction team to help ensure the M+E subcontractors work to the agreed program.
- Checking progress of works.
- Participate in the construction site team meetings and raise any issues that could affect progress and quality benchmarks.
- Understand technical specifications, drawings, programs and be able to produce reports based on observations, defects and quality.
- Ensuring all project documentation is being adhered to (e.g. programme of works, mechanical and electrical layout drawings etc.).
- Communicate with subcontractors, consultants and other team members at all times to help ensure a cohesive and progressive project team.
- Producing a snagging list and ensure completion before sign-off.
- Completing site documentation and test certification.
- Overseeing the decommissioning of the site.
- Provide regular reporting of work progres.
- Other regular work tasks of the site manager/project manager.
