For a successful global player operating in a market in which quality, precision and customer proximity are traditionally of enormous importance we would like to find a proactive, responsible and result-oriented colleague for a role of Technical Buyer responsible for procurement of all production materials.

Your tasks:
- Operational, timely handling of the procurement of all production materials for
o Spare Parts order
o Planned orders in the context of machine deliveries in Europe
o Orders from partners in the group of companies
o Follow-up Deliveries
o Warehousing (incl. construction of safety stocks)

- Purchase of materials (individual parts, assemblies, conversion kits, etc.) at the Group's plants in Asia and from suppliers in Europe

- Obtaining quotations, negotiating with international suppliers, placing orders, tracking orders, reviewing and releasing invoices

- Creation and maintenance in the ERP system (SAP) of
o Master Data and MRP Parameters
o Orders
o Goods movements

- Tracking of cost developments, initiation or pursuit of measures to achieve target costs

- Development and maintenance of spare parts prices in coordination with spare parts sales

- Development and maintenance of a supplier management

- Implementation and further development of the digitization of the process steps

- Assumption of responsibility as SAP key user for purchasing processes

- Participation in the creation of a purchasing strategy and, above all, the implementation of the strategic objectives of European suppliers in day-to-day operational business
