Job description, responsibilities and duties

As part of Credit Management & Collections team, you'll be responsible for efficient management of company's receivables and will play a vital role in the cash-flow of the organization, ensuring credit given to customers is monitored and controlled effectively. You will be responsible for professional and profound credit risk /rating assessment and financial analysis of a diverse set of customers of the company. There is direct reporting line to the HQ of the company.

- The professional and profound credit risk /rating assessment and financial analysis
- The approval/recommendation of credit limits in line with internal policies and standards
- The identification of high-risk companies and potential recommendations on watchlist placements.
- Compliance control
- Debtor portfolio control - managing and collecting debts of company debtors.
- Monitoring the collection of outstanding debtor balances in accordance with agreed targets, reducing debtor days, and implementing best practices in cash collection.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and payments and implement company collections procedures as necessary.
- Evaluating new credit requests and reviewing customers’ credit rankings.
- Checking customer’s credit and approving or denying it, based on industry standards.
- Setting up of terms and conditions of credit.
- Ensuring timely payment of debts
- Processing and reconciliation of accounts.
- Preparation of statements, client status reports and all relevant information as required.
- Cooperation with the Sales team on all customer-related topics
- Providing trainings on all aspects of the Corporate Credit policy to the local team.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Analytical, accurate, and organized individual, having great interpersonal skills
and an ability to establish and maintain good client relationships:
• Experience in credit analysis and credit-related work
• Knowledge of corporate loans, structured financing and trade finance products is a plus.
• Experience in handling of credit application documents is advantageous.
• Good knowledge and understanding of global macroeconomics, financial markets and credit-related products
• Experience in credit analysis is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience in risk analytics e.g., quantitative credit analysis is preferred, but not
