Performance, Reward and Engagement (PRE) provides expertise to business partners and senior managers across all elements of performance, reward (pay, benefits and International Assignees) and engagement.
The team’s purpose is to develop performance and reward programs aligned to business strategy which attract, motivate and retain the right people. The team strives to deliver an environment at JLR Slovakia where people are motivated and engaged to work to their potential and share in the rewards of the Company’s success.
The role reports to the Performance Reward and Engagement Senior Consultant. It has a key part to play in supporting colleagues in the team to gather and analyse data, to prepare work for new initiatives across PRE and to coordinate the annual compensation planning cycle. The role also provides admin support in the PRE area.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Leads on salary data reporting and any ad hoc reports and analyses requested
• Coordinates of the annual Compensation planning programme
• Supports JLR Performance management cycle
• Supports Recruitment team on Offers to candidates
• Provides support to Payroll outsourcer and Finance team with HR data
• Manages salary and benefit surveys for Slovakia (Mercer, Hay, PwC …)
• Supports the salary benchmarking process
• Supports PRE projects in Slovakia with knowledge, analytical skills and administrative duties
• Communicates with the International Service Employees (ISE) team to provide support for expatriates and assignees in Slovakia
• Trains and supports employees on PRE related matters (cars, benefits, meal cards, payroll etc.)
• Updates PRE policies and helps to implement them in Slovakia by providing support to HR Business partners and employees as appropriate
• Supports Implementation and Administration of HR IT systems for JLR Slovakia
• Performs administrative tasks on behalf of the PRE team in Slovakia (ordering, reporting, receipting etc.)

Permanent working contract, working directly for JLR.
Meal card with €4 voucher per working day .Employee pays 1 Euro, Employer pays 3 Euro.

Jaguar Land Rover Benefits-Benefit up to 300 € yearly non cash equivalent deposited to Employee Flex account.
Pension - Company Contribution 3% of gross base salary
