Popis práce

The purpose of this role is to provide high quality support to the business to achieve its strategic goals through proactive HR Engagement Business Partnering. The Engagement Business Partner will build a credible productive partnership with the Operational Business, and will work to develop and execute the Employee Relations and Engagement plans for JLR Slovakia.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• To deliver engagement interventions to support the strategic direction of the business area while ensuring the people strategy / approach is aligned across the business unit
• Support the Functional Directors to achieve short and long term strategic objectives by delivering plans and initiatives through Engagement Business Partnering
• Develop and manage relationship with Trade Union partners to enable business objectives to be met
• Develop and implement key agreements to enable best in class working practices
• Develop Employee Relations policies that are fit for purpose for Slovakia, based on the JLR HR International Playbook
• Manage and resolve complex Employee Relations issues within their area
• Share relevant engagement data and analytics with the business to drive improvement in enagagement and employee relations metrics
• Supports organisation restructuring or change projects from an employee relations and engagement perspective
• Cross functional working with the Centre of Expertise and Shared Service teams and wider HR community to deliver Engagement people strategies / initiatives
• Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested

Požiadavky

Essential:

• Proven Human Resources Business Partner experience ideally gained within a large, complex organisation
• Strong business acumen shown through evidence of developing, introducing new or innovative practices/processes in support of strategic business goals
• Ability to multi-task a high personal workload, balancing delivery of conceptual work with attention to detail and hands on delivery
• Experience of influencing and implementing change in large, complex organisations
• Knowledge and experience of employment law and labour relations landscape
• Customer focused – ability to determine service requirements and performance measures, and initiate solutions
• Proven experience of improving the workplace and workforce performance through the delivery of HR interventions
• Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred

Permanent working contract, working directly for JLR.
