To deliver the Manufacturing Quality Operating System, and to achieve ISO9001 and IATF16949 Certification for the Nitra Plant.
- Lead, coach and support the MQOS Team – 2 MQOS Leaders and 3 MQOS Auditors
- Subject matter expert for all Manufacturing QOS Procedures.
- Responsible for the Manufacturing QOS Implementation Strategy, and subsequent ISO9001 and IATF16949 Certification for the Nitra Plant.
- Develop and deliver the internal MQOS Audit Schedule. Including the tracking of all non-compliances raised, until robust and validated actions are implemented.
- Report the MQOS Compliance Status for the Nitra Plant.
- Arrange and lead internal JLR Company Quality Audits
- Arrange and lead external audits with the JLR Company Quality Team
Požiadavky
- Extensive ISO 9001, TS16949 and IATF 16949 knowledge and experience.
- Lead auditor experience
- Experience in leading cross functional teams in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to present at all levels of the business
- Self-motivated, and task driven
- Familiar with automotive quality procedures and processes
