Popis práce

  • Analyse, understand and provide accurate in-depth Quality data to enable Scorecard metrics reporting.
  • Assist colleagues to implement, use and comply with JLR specific systems - operating models, roles and responsibilities, policies/procedures and key metrics.
  • Conduct gap analysis to targets (Audit results (WCPA), Warranty, Roadside Assist (RSA etc) identifying shortfalls and opportunities for improvements.
  • Provide complex in-depth Quality data analysis support for the PVT CoC teams and the Product Manager
  • PVT Expert on iQM (Intelligent Quality Management system) use, reporting and development activities.
  • Develop and maintain new relationships and communication links with Solihull Plant (Sister plant).
  • Responsible for the departmental IT equipment (conference facility, printers etc.)
  • Undertake special projects as and when required.
  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve the Nitra PVT Web Site
  • Support “Find it Fix it” process action status

Požiadavky

  • Previous experience of Data Analysis and Architecture in Manufacturing.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of various data management tools.
  • Extensive MS Excel (Macros, Pivot tables, Graphs)/ Powerpoint & Word skills.
  • Excellent level of ability to structure, analyse/ interpret data and transfer accurately.
  • High level of IT literacy and a rapid learner.
  • HNC /HND qualified or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to generate and implement new ideas for process improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas – English & Slovakian
  • An individual with the ability to prioritise their work load
  • An effective team player who supports team members
  • A detailed understanding of vehicle OEM (original equipment manufacturer) internal and external quality metrics.
  • Some engineering knowledge to ensure meaningful initial problem definition.
  • Proficient in AWS (analytical warranty system)
  • 8D problem solving knowledge / Six sigma knowledge.
  • Proven ability to influence and/or manage people
  • An interest in manufacturing and vehicle production.
  • Resilient and enthusiastic, an individual able to deliver results under pressure
  • Able to follow instruction and be self-motivated to generate improved methods of extracting data to then collate into clear concise reports.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience
