The VRT Leader manages the plant based Electrical Engineering team that are responsible for meeting the objectives and targets set by the business for all aspects of Electrical Engineering quality relating to the specific plant vehicle lines.
- Leading all aspects of people management
- Managing all recruitment & resource deployment
- Planning and development of training & coaching of the team
- Ensure sufficient projects are established, to deliver the quality targets for the electrical sub-system team
- Ensure that current car AIMs, OSFs & CMT items are resolved within prescribed timescales
- Communication and coordination with other departments
- Ensure product changes, develop plans and projects to achieve objectives
Požiadavky
- Experience in automotive industry and knowledge of electrical systems in cars
- Highly competent with tools and techniques relating to robust problem resolution
- Leadership skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments & projects
