Job description, responsibilities and duties

Itera Slovakia needs an experienced Technical Consultant/administrator on Citrix systems for the project of Scandinavian customers, to become a part of newly formed team in Bratislava office.
Short-term business trips to Norway should be expected.

Responsibilities:
• Administers day-to-day operations to satisfy continuity of Citrix/RDS, security and performance needs
• Packages and application deployment and publishing
• Troubleshooting through investigating, diagnosing and solving Citrix/RDS related problems
• Patch management for Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
• Creating and editing Profiles
• Continuous improvement of Citrix solutions through recommending of new approaches and tools
• Comply with organization procedures to ensure integrity of the relevant documentation with implemented Citrix solutions and operational reports

• English: intermediate+

• Networking technologies
• Unix /Linux platforms
• Monitoring and Management systems (Microsoft SCCM, SCOM etc
• HP OpenView Service Desk, HP Service Manager and HP related products
