YOUR TASKS

• Leading the operational Procurement Department Austria (Fleet, Facility, Telecom/IT, Office equipment,…) with a small team
• Coordination of our local purchasing organization
• Implement standards based on our group strategy
• Optimization of internal procurement processes
• Evaluation of existing and further development of our preferred group suppliers
• Contract negotiations on a regular basis
• Ensuring a line based reporting on our matrix organisation
• Preparation of well-researched presentations, reports and statistics that help making solid decisions

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree educated
• Technical background is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement are required; preferably in an international company
• Strong economic thinking paired with the ability to plan cost- and financially effective
• Fluent in German and English (both languages on a minimum level of C1)
• Willingness to travel approx. 20% on a regular basis within central Europe
• Willingness to travel approx. 20% on a regular basis within central Europe

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 60.000 gross per year (ALL-IN). However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries.
