Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are fast growing manufacturing company in automotive industry and with our growth there is need to expand our financial team as well. That’s why we are looking for new colleague - Cost Controller.
As Cost Controller you will work mostly with details. You will be responsible for analysis and reports throughout whole company (from sales analysis, customer analysis to production analysis - material consumption, wages, general expenses, ….). Your main task is to analyze current situation and detect deviations (plan vs. reality) and identify problems, causes and suggest a solution.
Typical tasks and responsibilities
• Preparation and enhancement of budget and forecasts
• Preparation and enhancement of monthly reporting in close coordination with accounting
• Manufacturing variances analysis (materials, direct labor, production overheads)
• Product costing and cost analysis
• Product margin analysis
• Inventory analysis
• Any ad hoc tasks
Controlling system in our company is not completely set yet and we are looking for Financial Controller, who will actively participate on creating and setting one.
That is the reason we are looking for candidate, who has experience on similar position in manufacturing company.

- Experience as cost controller in manufacturing company
- Confident with complex data processing with ability to draw conclusion and provide recommendations
- SAP knowledge is advantage
