Job description, responsibilities and duties

Key responsibilities:
Assist in formulating Insignia’s strategic direction and initiatives including:

• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity within Insignia in Bratislava.
• Managing all marketing for the lifestyle management aspect of the business and activities within the marketing department.
• Managing the marketing strategy and execution for newsletters, e-commerce platform, loyalty platform and websites in line with company objectives.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Working closely with design agencies, PR agencies/journalists and assisting with new product launches.
• Using consumer insights to guide the marketing campaigns and inspire high quality creative.
• Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
• Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales and business growth activities.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measuring ROI.
• Managing online and print marketing materials from collateral to product packaging.
• Market research and benchmarking of target markets, analysis of company products in relation to competitors.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Working closely with the rest of the marketing team and other company departments to ensure a coordinated approach to marketing campaigns.
• Maximising the use of company CRM and other marketing assets such as digital customer acquisition and social media marketing.
• Supporting on sales pitches and the owerall groth strategy with the sales team.

Insignia are currently recruiting a Marketing Manager to support the growth of our business. The Marketing Manager is highly visible and works cross-functionally with everyone across the company and disciplines, at the intersection of Operations, Recruitment, Training, Business Development and our Directors. A truth-seeking marketing missile, you’ll become the subject-matter expert on all of our service offerings and understand our clients and what they want better than anyone.

The ideal candidate will be you will be a highly creative individual with a proven track record in strategic consumer marketing to the VIP travel, luxury lifestyle or publishing sectors and have worked in a fast-paced high pressured environment.
• Previous experience as a consumer marketing manager would be a strong advantage
• Must have an understanding of cross-functional work ability
• An unrivalled knowledge of consumer marketing in VIP segment
• A background in innovative and creative solutions to content
• Excellent line management experience is essential
• Large company consumer marketing experience but with a strong commercial and entrepreneurial outlook
• Highly detail and delivery focused
