Insignia is one of the most bespoke lifestyle management and payment service groups in the world. We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join the launch of Insignia Cards Ltd service centre in Bratislava, a financial institution providing Card products and services to clients globally.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual who is seeking a career within a fast growing, dynamic company expanding both locally and internationally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing Premium level customers, responding to their enquiries regarding financial transactions and payments.

Experience required:

- Previous experience in credit cards and banking is considered an asset
- Daily shift work which includes weekends

Skills and abilities:
- Verbal and written communication skills to assist customers.
- Fluency in Russian or a European language in addition to English language will be an advantage.
- Ability to function in a very fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
- Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- A professional attitude when dealing with customers.
