Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our client is a traditional family business producing wide range of branded food products with branch offices all over the world. The offices are located close to Prague-West.
The position is brand new and we are looking forward to a hire a candidate who will support the company in its futher successful growth. We are seeking for an ambitious and open-minded individual who has strong background in sales of FMCG products to international retail chains and wants to develop himself in the direction of e-commerce and new businesses.
Main tasks:
- Elaboration of annual sales plans for entrusted KA customers in compliance with the company business strategy
- Negotiations with KA customers about annual contracts – conditions, promotion plans, category management projects, etc.
- Development and implementation of new business models and sales strategies
- Participation in trans-national projects, e.g. Sales Excellence processes
- Collaboration with trade marketing department, business analyses department, marketing,etc.
- Reporting, etc.

- Bc. degree in relevant field (if the candidate has persuasive practical experience, secondary level education will be accepted)
- Approx. 3-year experience as KAM for modern trade and/or e-commerce in FMCG
- Native Czech/Slovak speaker with fluent English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking, experience with market data analyses (AC Nielsen, Gfk, etc.)
- MS Office (strong in Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player, ideally a person who loves sports (team members are very active in sports, both team and individual)
- Driving license B
