About the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are searching for a new colleague to extend our Identity & Access Management (IAM) Expertise team in ING Hubs Slovakia. Our mission is to enable business with effective and secure access to the required information meeting compliance requirements.

You will:


  • Be a valuable Identity & Access Management (IAM) Expert, supporting IAM controls implementation in Wholesale Banking (WB) branches worldwide
  • Implementing RBAC (Role Based Access Control) within the One Identity tool
  • Have a good understanding of end-to-end IAM processes in ING WB, you will help to design and improve them
  • Communicate with IT Support Squads, Asset Owners, IT Custodians and End Users
  • Coordinate and facilitate usage of One Identity
  • Role/Rule management of One Identity and Quality Assurance
  • Support the process of testing of IAM controls
  • Participate in innovation and improvement process
  • Work in agile environment

The new IAM Operating Model will enable increased operational agility, faster and secure provisioning of user accesses across the world and creating reduced time to market based on simplified, standardized and effective global automated processes and tooling. We are members of international-intercultural team which is based in Bratislava, Amsterdam & Singapore.

You also drive the discussion on the organizational end state of each domain/country, continuously improving and extending the design of the model and aligning it with and communicating it to all stakeholders.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Information technology, engineering or mathematics

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to express information in a manner appropriate to different levels of people & to lead negotiations
  • Previous experience from agile working environment or knowledge of agile methodology
  • Proven experience with enterprise-level Identity & Access Management area
  • Interested in innovation and improvements, with a can-do attitude
  • Able to accept own failures and taking them as an opportunity to improve
  • Interested in IT and IT Security
  • External certificates in IT Security or IAM are an Advantage (CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CISA, CISM, MCTS, Security+ etc...)
