About the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our Business Shared Service Centre in Bratislava with almost 1000 employees, we are looking for a Talent & Learning Consultant, responsible for advising HR and the business on talent management practices and learning development and innovation.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

For Learning domain:
  • Analyze learning needs in collaboration with the business while building positive and constructive relationships,
  • Select and/or validate the use of learning vendors or internal SMEs/program providers; for external vendors create work orders and request the Purchase Order (PO) together with Procurement,
  • Develop and review learning designs in collaboration with the business and agile coaches,
  • Advise and support learning facilitators/vendors on the development of the learning solution,
  • Develop the run book for the delivery of the learning solution,
  • Monitoring the performance of learning delivery (through surveys, feedback, etc.),
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of the learning solution,
  • Select and set up effective tooling supporting all stages of learning process,
  • Create reports, dashboards and surveys to capture feedback on learning solutions and utilize this to drive future initiatives and performance improvement.

For Talent domain:
  • Identify the latest trends and developments in talent management beneficial for ING to adopt,
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and strategic relevance of talent management practices internally (e.g. workforce strategies, employer branding, recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, leadership, diversity & inclusion etc.),
  • Develop innovative and progressive HR products, services, processes and programs in collaborating with HR and the business that support the attraction, development and deployment of our people capabilities,
  • Advise HR on the implementation and continuous improvement of HR products, services, processes and programs globally and in countries,
  • Advise HR Business Partners and Senior Business Leaders in the field of talent management,
  • Cooperate with HR Business Partners and Agile Coaches on delivery of engagement, succession, talent and performance programs and initiatives.
