If you are willing to go an extra mile to help your global internal colleagues with data gathering, data entry and processing in order to assure a smooth setup of banking products for ING clients, this will be an opportunity for you.

ENVIRONMENT
At ING Business Shared Services, you will be joining the Specialist Support team of Wholesale Banking Global Daily Banking Super Circle. Specialist Support team supports customer service account managers and local branches mainly located in Belgium and The Netherlands. We provide a strong support around technical and functional setup of new channels and related products for wholesale and domestic banking clients. Our team members take responsibility for client´s needs by providing effective support and continuous improvement of our client´s satisfaction.

MISSION
  • Summary of the key purposes of the role:
  • Taking active part in onboarding a new activity to the existing team from The Netherlands
  • Ensuring successful execution to the new activity in the team
  • Training and helping more junior colleagues

Summary of responsibilities
As Operations Specialist you will:
  • help onboard a new activity to the team
  • ensure smooth daily execution of incoming tasks from internal clients
  • train more junior colleagues before and during periods of higher workloads
  • help Team Leader with coordination of daily activities with regards to priority and urgent cases, especially in periods of high workload
  • you will have a chance to suggest and propose process improvements or elimination of manual process steps

  • You are fluent in English
  • Experience in back office administration, master data processing is an advantage
  • You are flexible, accurate, result-oriented with a positive drive and you go for the joint result.
  • You feel comfortable in a fast changing environment. You are willing to learn every day in a continuous moving global environment with high expectations of service.
  • B1 level of Hungarian language is an advantage (not a must)
