As Circle Lead you are an inspiring leader who is up for the challenge of delivering services according to SLA, with high quality and in accordance with risk and compliance policies, but at the same time is implementing the necessary changes to stay relevant and in perfect shape for the future. You live for Operational Excellence, Lean, Client Experience and Agile and you know how to inspire your colleagues to do the same.

We are looking for a qualified circle lead in WB Regulatory Operations / Customer Activity Monitoring. Your circle is responsible for delivering Post Transaction services to ING entities in Europe.

Your circle plays an essential role in ensuring the good reputation of ING through deciding with which clients ING can continue doing business! Based on a risk based assessment and judgement
It is assured (preventing TAX evasion, aggressive TAX avoidance and FEC risks - such as money laundering or terrorist financing) that ING’s banking systems are only used for ethical purposes.

As a circle lead you will provide guidance and support to approximately 5 team leads enabling them to effectively supporting their Customer Loyalty Teams (CLT’s) consisting of approximately 10 members on a daily basis. You will be responsible for facilitating your team leads and their CLT’s:
• In the Agile Transformation our organization is going through
• In maturing in data driven decision making and operational management execution
• In the professional development and maturing of the circle

Ultimately, you should lead by servant leadership, be a role model showing ING’s Orange Code values and engage the team leads and their CLT’s to be successful.

Proven track record and technical skills:
• Your university degree or specialization supports your focus on operational excellence and displays your talents for facts and figures

• It is a plus if you have working knowledge of international banking business and products and experience with regulators
• A personality and the capabilities to optimally function within an Agile environment
• Expertise or affinity in developing high-performing teams
• Preferably expertise in delivering Shared Services either in back-office or client service unit
• Experienced in operational management and preferably Lean Six Sigma
• Experience with steering on output and preferably agile
• Affinity with quality management and risk mitigation
