About the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

In the Reporting & Control squad we are looking for a virtual squad member who will assist us in our purpose of providing country management, Wholesale management as well as Risk domain management with insight in:

  • Hands-on data quality improvements (investigate non-financial risk data and find patterns; suggest actions to improve data quality; get approval; then adjust the data in the system)
  • Support data quality framework (suggest improvements to centrally managed data quality rules; obtaining and transforming data to periodically report on data quality)
  • Broader non-financial risk reporting activities (obtaining and transforming data to periodically report to management on non-financial risk; suggest improvements to reporting capabilities to ensure quality and efficiency of the reporting processes; possibly other items but always within our purpose)

Who will you cooperate with?

The virtual squad member will cooperate most with the Product Owner of the squad, who will determine what items you will need to be working on each sprint; the Squad member who is primary responsible for the data quality framework; and the Regional and country coordinators who are owners of their data.


Some of your daily activities:

  • Investigate non-financial risk data and find patterns
  • Suggest actions to improve data quality; get approval from local data owners; then adjust the data in the system
  • Obtain and transform data to periodically report on data quality to management on non-financial risk
  • Suggest improvements to reporting capabilities (such as interfacing, databases, reporting tooling) to ensure quality and efficiency of the non-financial risk reporting processes
