ING is looking for an Junior Reporting Specialist who will support internal reporting, assure data quality and consistency. Junior Reporting Specialist is playing a key role in regular reporting by: collecting data; transferring outcomes into standardized templates; maintaining internal databases and systems.
Junior Reporting Specialist works closely with ING GSO delivery teams and global SLM team.
Key areas of responsibility:
ING is looking for an Junior Reporting Specialist who will support internal reporting, assure data quality and consistency. Junior Reporting Specialist is playing a key role in regular reporting by: collecting data; transferring outcomes into standardized templates; maintaining internal databases and systems.
Junior Reporting Specialist works closely with ING GSO delivery teams and global SLM team.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Conduct monthly reporting – on monthly basis collect, control and upload data (volumes and performance scores) to internal systems
- Review data quality – ensure all relevant data are correctly reflected in systems, report on any potential issues
- Maintain Management reporting – keeping team reports up-to-date from both functional and data perspective
- Implement small changes and improvements
- Support Service Level Managers with data related requests (preparing presentations for Service review meetings, ad-hoc reporting)
