Our department Global Alert Handling is responsible for:

  • screening of international payments of the ING Group within internal bank systems
  • customer screening
  • investigation and verification of generated alerts against sanction lists
  • analysis of suspicious financial activities
  • advising and proactively communicating following up the possible risks
  • communication with ING Bank branches worldwide

Tasks and responsibilities of Team Leader:

  • leading timely and accurate completion screening of international payments of the ING Group within internal bank systems
  • organizing daily operational stand-ups with your team of 10-15 people of a major department and participate in departmental retrospective meetings to balance the workload
  • enhancing the operational maturity and mind-set of the team, motivating, inspiring and coaching the team members in order to facilitate further development
  • aligning and interacting with the business and other stakeholders on workload, prioritization and escalating to the Head of department in case of issues
