Job description:
The client Migration Team is working on an integral communication approach, impact analyses and execution of client migrations projects.
As a client migration analyst you are supporting the migration manager in all activities related to the client migration. You will interact with the internal organization and prepare and execute client analysis as well as prepare and organize meetings.
Client migrations are impacting clients with their use of e.g. payment initiation products, account reporting and channels. The Client migration analyst has a good understanding of the payments market, the ING IT landscape and has a client centric approach. In this position you are part of a multidisciplinary team and you work closely with the client migration manager, product management, Back office departments and ING branches within the ING network.

Job duties include:
  • Analyze current client set up
  • Advise on client set-up and migration approach
  • Answer detailed client questions related to the migration
  • Arrange system set-up on ING side, including acceptance and certificates
  • Aligning closely with Product Management, Implementations and Sales organization
  • Report on the status of the running migrations
  • Administrative tasks are also part of the job
  • Escalate issues and involve others in case of issues

Your Work environment:
You will be working in an international context. You will be working in a team that is driving the client migrations. You will liaise with stakeholders within TS product management, Sales, Client Service and IT in an international environment.

  • 2+ years of work experience in relevant roles
