Have you ever thought what is behind the retail banking activities? Do you know how documents and requests submitted to internal systems are processed? If you want to participate in establishment of new department that will be responsible for back office processing of Retail Banking service on a Global scale (assuring the smooth retail banking flow in France and Italy), this is the chance for you.
You are responsible for the execution of activities that are whole or part linked to :

- accounts closures,
- controls on cheques and other tasks linked to the cheques handling,
- domestic and cross-border transfers,
- events during the customer relation (commercial gestures, garnishments on bank account, successions…),
- detailed checks of pending tasks before closure,
- manage escalation process as soon as potential hit or doubt arise.

- knowledge of English language: intermediate
