About the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Support of security program implementation across all sites and departments in European Network Countries Wholesale Banking (ENC WB);
  • Collaboration with IT, lines of business and vendors to identify IT security risks and preparation of risk reports and risk remediation plans;
  • Execution of technical compliance analysis and control follow-up actions;
  • Follow-up on red alerts and other emergency responses including cyber-crime threats;
  • Calculation and maintenance of Key Risk Indicators (KRI) for IT;
  • Execution of Key Controls Testing (KCT) of IT security controls;
  • Responsibility for patch compliancy and vulnerability management processes in the ENC region;
  • Support of IT Security & Continuity Frameworks translation into formal procedures and policies;
  • Preparation of regular reports on progress of running projects and activities as well as reports of baseline security documentation preparation and renewal;
  • Ownership of governance over ITIL processes in ENC WB (excluding user access management);
  • Escalation manager towards internal Workplace Services Providers in relation to IT security;
  • Assurance of efficient, proactive communication with the ENC WB branches in relation to the IT Risk and IT security.

Personality requirements and skills

  • High Information Security or IT Security education or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • 2 years in IT Security area (financial sector is a plus);
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems related to applications and infrastructure;
  • Ability to work in team;
  • Working in multicultural environments;
  • Good report writing skills;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Ability to communicate concisely and effectively with all levels of the organization, with both technologists and business personnel is critical, including the usage of business relevant terms to describe technology risks.
  • Be self-directed and motivated;

Specific requirements:

  • Knowledge of IT and IT Security related methodologies and frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, ISO2700x, etc.);
  • Knowledge and experience in managing and supporting security requirements for variety of different systems and applications;
  • Experience with enterprise-level IT processes and controls;
  • Middle level experience in Excel (pivot tables, reports, basic macro skills);
  • Experience in reporting and/or data parsing systems.
