Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for suitable candidate who will perform following tasks and duties:
• Be responsible for day-to-day related administration issues and servicing of local based or subsidiaries of foreign based wholesale banking clients and financial institutions;
• Plays an important role in the overall relationship with our clients as the (Single) point of contact for all non-origination questions and queries of PCM and Trade Finance products;
• Acts as (single) point of contact/entry for incidents and is end-to-end responsible owner to deliver resolution to the client;
• Be in close cooperation with clients´ department and product sales departments to ensure that client satisfaction targets are met;
• Acts as coordinator for clients services´ related operational processes like projects, implementations of solutions, process improvements etc.;
• Participates in the KYC (Know Your Customer) process and cooperates with the respective departments in the on-boarding, maintenance and off-boarding phase;
• Is responsible for correct data entries to the relevant systems;
• Acts as (single) point of contact for requests related to trade finance products (mainly guarantees and Letters of Credit)
