IT Service Desk Support - brigáda pre študentov VŠ

We are looking for self-driven university student, who will perfom following tasks:

Service Desk
• Serve as single point of contact for IT related problems of ING employees
• Responsible to register interactions to the Service Now application, to classify them and to solve or to escalate them to another team

First Line Support
• Assist with the deployment of hardware and software to end users (including the installation, configuration and testing of more complex firm hardware)
• Assist with (or coordinate) the repair of end user hardware and the reinstallation of software as necessary to resolve end user incidents
• Resolve incidents associated with end user software and hardware, including Smart Phone technologies
• Perform asset management activities (inventory, tracking, distribution, etc.) in accordance with company policies
• Assist with IT tasks related to on-site, off-site support, and office moves
