Corporate & Tax Lawyer

Key attributes we would look for:
1. Master degree in law obtained from a Slovak university (an additional LL.M. degree is a great advantage);
2. Strong communication in written and spoken English and Slovak – top UK/US school/university is an advantage;
3. Naturally curious, entrepreneurial, dynamic and able to learn new concepts quickly;
4. Good interpersonal skills;
5. 2-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
• Support in the field of tax consulting;
• Work on regional assignments, M&A transactions and cross-border projects;
• Legal research, preparation of tax analyses and submissions to Tax authorities
• Legal and tax due diligence, advice in the field of corporate taxation, including international tax aspects, reorganization, intra-group services;
• Advice on VAT;
• Corporate (preparation of general meetings, written resolutions of corporate bodies, adoption of corporate changes, filings with the Commercial Register, Securities Depository and other institutions);
• Preparation of analyzes and opinions in the above areas and cooperation with other lawyers;
