Technical Coordinator

In this role, you:
* (co-)prepare, implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, machinery and installations
* Organize and carry out the work within the existing procedures and safety, taking into account the deadlines
* Commissioning, testing and validation of the plant equipment
* Monitor the implementation of the desired and necessary training of staff
* Making investment proposals and implementation of this innovation, lay-outs and new machinery and/or installations
* Managing the Spare parts orders and Spare parts inventory
* Monitor effectiveness organization (quality) systems and to initiate improvement actions
* Initiating and following up measures aimed at optimizing the machinery and equipment
* Drafting, implementing and up-to-date procedures, forms and instructions, according to quality and environmental management
* Cooperation with PRP Process (Product Realization Plan)
* Directing day-to-day activities of Technical department
* Monitoring and improving KPI’s for Technical availability and Maintenance cost
* If necessary able to support Management Team on other tasks
* Compliance to health, safety and environmental policies and regulations
* CAD communication and understanding of CAD standards
