Solution Architect

We are looking for a Solution Architect. The role will be primarily focused on supporting our Production & Distribution units in Malacky, Slovakia and Nantong in China . In this role you will be responsible to design and implement robust and scalable IT solutions that will be able to meet the business demands of today and tomorrow. Our future colleague will together with the architecture team, set the standards and design patterns that will form the basis for our IT landscape for years to come and support projects and other change initiatives with solution designs and technical expertise.

Other responsibilies:
• Shaping ideas into concrete, robust and appropriate solution architectures to
realise business requirements and benefits while considering non-functional
aspects such as maintainability, scalability, usability, performance, security and
time-to-market for new functionality.
• Documenting and communicating solution architectures with concerned stakeholders and lead the technical implementation of IT solutions within the assigned area.
• Proactively suggesting, developing and implementing improvements together with key stakeholders.
• Capturing, developing and documenting reusable design patterns to streamline development activities and to secure consistency over time.
• Keeping up-to-date with market trends and advice on opportunities for how new IT technology can be used to drive business development.
