ABOUT THE JOB:

It’s about attracting visitors to the stores, encouraging IKEA store visitors to stay longer and enjoy more, making it fun for everyone, offering great food with quality at the lowest prices, giving visitors a tasty reason to return again and again, and providing co-workers with a chance to rest and re-charge.
Your areas of responsibility is the IKEA Restaurant sales areas, guest areas (including the co-worker restaurant) commercial part on the store, and IKEA Café.
You will work together with your team and other colleagues in the IKEA Food management team from where you lead and manage your area to fulfil the purpose of our function by building business and people together.
You implement the IKEA FOOD concept to increase the sales of IKEA home furnishing products and support the IKEA position as the leading home furnishings company.

  • Passionate about food and people.
  • Interest in life at home and home furnishings.
 

COMPETENCE PROFILE:


  • Experience of min. 3 years of Retail/Sales and Commercial experience.
  • Experience in managing co-workers successfully.
  • Ability to speak, understand and written English.
  • Ability to organize, plan and prioritize.
  • Computer literate / Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Office 365…… /

    Wage: 1500 € btt. / monthly
