You will be part of the team which will educate you and support you during the learning process but also latter on.
Quote to Cash professional is a good start and will enable you to grow and utilize your experience in finance, CMPA or other complex job roles within the Q2C organization.
Your main daily tasks will be:
• Administration of maintenance contracts for the end customers and business partners while following applicable rules and guidelines: includes proposal preparation, contract registration, invoicing, resolving of disputes and inventory management
• Effective communication with IBM sales representatives and IBM business partners
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses to inquiries of IBM sales representatives and business partners and proactive problem resolution
• Supporting each other within the team and active participation in team discussions
• You will work closely with diverse IBM departments in order to achieve successful deal flow and you will need to apply diverse portfolio of skills.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
• Fluent English (B2) and fluent German (B2) language
• MS Excel user
• Good communication skills
• Detail oriented, self-driven, organized
• Team player and open-minded
• Problem Solving
• Flexibility
Minimum starting salary is 1.300 Eur /month, offered salary depends on candidate's experience.
