Digital Sales Automation Representative – Cloud & Cognitive

Your Role and Responsibilities :
Deploy ESMT solution (ELA licenses management tool) to ELA customers on selected markets
Identify and create opportunities for client interactions, relationship building to gain insights about brand and client
Maintain and expand relationship with the Cloud brand (excluding System Z area), to increase their understanding of our solutions portfolio and maximize Automation team value in the brand’s supply chain
Promote and support ESMT solution deployment, involving IBM Digital Sales, stakeholder sales teams and clients. Take prime responsibility for the deployment process.
Analyze brand processes and identify opportunities to improve the client experience using the Automation portfolio: Specific Collaboration Workflow solutions and Portal
Analyze and understand the client and client-team business requirements and related market conditions
Increase Automation sales through our solutions, Workflow solution clients’ activation and by Supporting Drive to Web Activities.
Internal education (Client teams, Automation, Brand Digital Sales..)
External education (Clients, Stakeholders..)
Manage relationship with Automation Solution Reps, main stakeholders, Cloud brand sales, Client Success Digital Sellers and Cloud Brand Digital Sales
Interface with clients and work closely with other IBM organizations, providing support and advice in order to influence Cloud direct sales via Web and bring them to closure
Manage DOUs

Requirements:
Preferably Cloud (SWG) background/ SW licenses sale/understanding of ELA contracts, licenses and reallocations
Logic thinking, understanding of processes mappings via workflows
Professional presentation and communication skills
B2B sales background (e2e), knowledge on how SW/Cloud contracts are consumed
Able to negotiate and sell
Expertise in Industry specific transformation pain points and requirements
Flexibility and ability to shift priorities quickly, according to project requirements
Ability to work in changing, ambiguous and/or resource-constrained situations
Reliable and able to work individually and as a team-player at the same time
Self-driven, can-do attitude, innovative approach
Is able to cover e2e deployment process (identification of opportunity/gap, mapping, designing solution, getting DOU signed, manage developers, executing testing, deployment with clients, providing their trainings, syncing all parties – including client execs, client managers, brand sellers, …, launching the solution, maintaining the solution and managing DOU)
Experience with digital tools – building or designing them is an advantage
Excellent English is a must, additionally German or Nordic language knowledge is a plus
