The IBM CIO - Chief information Office which deals with all the internal applications and websites used by IBMers worldwide is now looking for Senior Access Management Architect who will be a part of a dynamic and agile AccessHUB development team.

About AccessHUB
AccessHUB is a unique project at IBM whose goal is to bring "who has what" data (accesses) into a single location. AccessHUB is a single entry point to see and action on all employee accesses and IDs. AccessHUB will be on a cloud platform and will use automation to extract data from datasources of which many of them will be legacy and in the enterprise. AccessHUB will be an enterprise wide system and will be leveraged by all IBMers.

Senior Access Management Architect's responsibilities

• working in cross-functional teams
• communication with internal stakeholders, strategists, other architects and senior management on a regular basis
• ensure the AccessHUB is in compliance with IBM's audit and IBM processes.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 10 years experience in Identity and Access Management (IDAM, IDM) designing or implementing.
• Experience with implementing end-to-end marketing leading products such as IBM’s IGI (previously known as CrossIdeas), SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), Aveksa on a large enterprise
• Experience with implementation experience with Access Certification, Automated Provisioning and other Access Management aspects
• Design experience with De/Provisioning accounts and integrating with Access Management tools
• Experience with RACF adapters and Mainframe Application Integration
• Experience as a Consultant supporting IDAM projects
• Familiarity with other features/capabilities of Access Management Datawarehouse
• Knowledge of REST service
• Knowledge of Security Directory Integrator (SDI)
• Working knowledge of how to implement role-based access control (RBAC)
• Thorough understanding of security related to Identity Access Management (IAM)


Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Experience with Java, json, xml, html, and web app development
• Hands on experience with at least two of these products, IBM’s IGI (previously known as CrossIdeas), SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), Aveksa within large enterprise
• Building adapters/connectors for at least two of these products, IBM’s IGI (previously known as CrossIdeas), SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), Aveksa within a large enterprise
• Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle 12g and above) integration is preferred
• Roles design, Segregation of Duties, Usage Analytics and User Behavior Analytics
• Features and capabilities of Access Governance Data Warehouse
• Enterprise Architecture patterns
