Job description, responsibilities and duties
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead Quality department
• Quality specialists Test room
• Quality inspectors – incoming, process, final
• Test room
• Set up, manage and keep Integrated Management System at the company - QMS, EMS
• Ensure ISIR documentation for the customer
• Suppliers management
• Cooperate to create all needed documentation
• Audits performance – internal and external
• Participate on customer audits and third party audits
• Ensure reliability tests and requested tests to be performed

Personality requirements and skills
- University education with specialization in a technical or quality field
- Several years of experience on a similar position, in automotive Tier 1 supplier or OEM
- Knowledge of quality standards
- Having experience with implementation of corrective measures and management of specific requirements of the customers
- Experience in Manufacturing Materials, Procurement, Six Sigma, Lean, Program management
- Experience in using of process control tools such as FMEA, PMAP, and analysis
- Ability to define problems, collect data
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to work cross all organizational levels
- Proven analytical abilities
- Strong drive, leadership and hands-on approach
- User knowledge of working with PC (MS Office)
- Active knowledge of English language
