Job description, responsibilities and duties
– Be responsible for service delivery activities in Huawei Slovakia
– Work as program director for key delivery projects
– Work with the executive team to prepare a service delivery business plan to address desired changes in the organization.
– Track and help close opportunities, limit liability and improve profitability for each deal.
– Cultivate relationships with partners and customers to find new sources of revenue.
– Develop the team to fit the ever-changing needs and technical landscape of our customers.
– Focus on delivery excellence and customer satisfaction while maintaining a sustainable business.
– Establish clean and effective means of communication within and outside your team.
– Set and help the team achieve realistic and effect goals that further the success of the organization.
– Own all tasks and issues until resolution; be creative and dynamic in addressing challenges.
– Improve the impact of the pre-sales team through mentorship and direct customer involvement
