You will:
As Inventory Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) Governance Planner, you will be assigned set of products to manage excess and obsolescence (E&O). You will be responsible to identify month over month changes and trends. You will analyze incorporate information for data systems and other E&O planners. You will be responsible to present E&O changes, track mitigation, request reserves, and complete all necessary requirements for financial reporting. You will track utilization of strategic inventory sites and monitor for excess concerns.

You will also:
• Manage complex data and business analyses to make recommendations and develop reports.
• Work independently to construct reports to project E&O. Combine data from other planners into reports and updates.
• Work with finance and cross-functional teams across the entire span of supply chain and operations.
• Contribute to priority projects with complex analyses and assist in developing recommendations.
• Identify process and tool improvement opportunities to enhance reporting and mitigation activities.
• Define the metrics required to measure business performance, compare actual data to forecasted values, and develop the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

About you:
• University degree
• Typically 5+ years experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
• Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology to identify root cause
• Ability to manage tools and resources available for reporting, mitigation and planning
• Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills
• Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.
• Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Fluent English and Slovak language
