How you’ll make your mark:
• You will provide direct and on-going leadership and achieve the key performance indicators
• You will manage overall program, budgets, resource allocation plans, and general program requirements for panHPE organization.
• You will define SMART goals, monitor the performance, coach the employees, conducts performance evaluations, deliver one-conversations etc.
• You will hire right talents, mentor the employees for career-growth opportunities and be a catalyst for enhancing their skills.
• You will deliver best in class solution for superior experience to stakeholders and various global business groups and make this global control tower to be competitive advantage in close partnership with global functions.
• You will drive simplification and standardization of processes and policies across business groups and regions and bring in operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• You will understand the customer order flows within various systems and ensure timely fall-out resolutions are provided and also enable accurate order processing.
• You will analyze the failure trend and driving root cause analysis and prevention action plans.
• You will handle escalation management, Metrics and reporting.
• You will manage Processes & it’s changes, tools, training and documentations
• You will own and govern Material Auto Extension (MAE) and other automation tools
• You will represent PDM/MDM function in Master Data council / forums and driving the policies, standards, governance structure etc.
• You will provide domain-specific expertise and overall product engineering leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
• You will drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the engineering organization.

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

About you:
• You have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• You have 15-18 years of working experience.
• You have people leadership skills, including coaching, teambuilding, conflict resolution, and management
• You have Program Management skills to coordinate with governance teams
• You have strong Product knowledge to manage Material Master and PLM and Master data domain
• You have knowledge in Supply Chain function, Sales Operation and Order Management skills.
• You have expertise for order fallout, triage and facilitate resolution
• You have ability to effectively communicate with business functions in understanding the E2E order flow and investigating the root cause of failure and providing corrective & preventive actions.
• You have extensive experience with using engineering tools and software packages to design, test and evaluate products for automations.
• You have a cultural and customer centric mindset to push for boundaries and drive for results
• You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
