The EMEA Supply Chain organization, as part of HPE, is counted as one of the largest in the world in terms of revenue, network and spend. Supply chain enables delivery and manufacture of a full portfolio of standards-based, integrated products and services developed specifically to solve the complexities of the extended enterprise and deliver a Converged Infrastructure of servers, storage and networking. The Supply Chain organization balances volume and complexity across HPE owned, and partner factories and suppliers, to bring advanced technology solutions such as servers, storage and networking together into one HPE Converged Infrastructure.

A critical factor in enabling the supply chain to execute on what has been committed to HPE customers is having an aligned supply plan to support the sales forecast. Embedding a supply chain professional within the geographically diverse sales teams has proven to be one of the most effective ways to obtain the alignment between customer demand and a supply chain that can meet those demands. Having close and frequent collaboration between sales and operations on future sales pipeline, critical financial objectives and the status of the dynamic supply environment is required to be successful.

In this amazing role, you can make your mark by becoming well versed in how the HPE supply chain supporting the EMEA regional customers execute. You will use this knowledge to liason with the geographically based sales teams in developing and measuring their performance to quarterly sales plans. You will prepare and lead monthly review sessions with executive sales leaders in the region to present key performance indicators as well as make proposals on changes needed to align the demand and supply plans. How you’ll make your mark:
• You will partner with GEO sales teams on development of their 13 week sales plan to provide as input into the Global Operations Demand Planning team.
• You will analyze sales trends and compare them to the forecast to highlight gaps and where adjustments may be needed.
• You will lead monthly reviews with the GEO sales teams that covers attainment to sales plan, MAPE for sales plan, large deal reconciliation into the plan along with driving targeted sales activity to maintain demand supply balance.

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

About you:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or Engineering
• You have the ability to communicate clearly and are experienced in presenting to executive level leaders
• You are a strategic thinker, self starter, are comfortable in defining and implementing solutions to problems with little direct supervision
• You have significant experience in the Supply chain planning environment (demand planning, supply planning, S&OP)
• You are skilled in interacting with demand management, sales planners and executive leadership
• You have strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging trends.
• You have good analytical, statistics and problem-solving skills.
